Improving Database Queries for Incomplete Requirements Check

In this meeting, the State Changers discussed a problem with inefficient code for calculating incomplete requirements. The current method uses nested for loops and is slow. They brainstormed a better solution and discussed using queries to retrieve the necessary data. The idea was to retrieve the users associated with a company requirement and then query the user requirements for each user. By using a join and filter, they were able to optimize the process. They tested the solution and found that it worked. The State Changers were satisfied with the improved performance and decided to implement this approach.
