Our Story
State Change started with a simple observation: the AI community has endless resources for getting started, but almost nothing for the moments when you're stuck at 3am with a problem that Google can't solve.
We began hosting daily office hours—open sessions where anyone could bring their toughest problems. Over time, patterns emerged. The same categories of challenges kept appearing. We developed frameworks, mental models, and approaches that worked.
After 1,000+ hours of these sessions, we realized we had something special: not just a community, but a collective intelligence about solving AI's hardest problems. That's when we built the State Change Mentor—an AI that embodies everything we've learned.
