Why I built this
AI made building cheap. It did not make choosing any easier. Ask it anything and it agrees with you. It generates more options, more code, more plans — when what you actually need is to know which one is right. It's a tourist in your own project: fluent about your work, with no stake in where it's going.
State Change is how you get direction — the one decision AI won't make for you. It's me and a room of builders working your real problem until you can see the actual issue, not the one you walked in describing.
How I work

AI hands you answers all day. The scarce thing is knowing you're pointed at the right problem. That's the whole job.
The real problem, not the stated one
The thing you bring is almost never the thing that's actually stuck. I reframe it live — usually in under 20 minutes.
Depth over breadth
No surface-level takes. I go straight at the hardest 5% — the part tutorials skip and AI can't decide for you.
How it got here
It started with a pattern I kept seeing: people had endless resources for getting started with AI, and almost nothing for the moment they were stuck at 3am on a problem Google couldn't solve — usually because they were solving the wrong problem.
So I started running weekly live sessions. People bring whatever they're stuck on; I work the real problem in front of them. Over a thousand of these later, the same categories of challenge kept showing up, and I built up a set of mental models for cutting through them fast.
